Underage Use: ST999 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe an account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Note: ST999 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are not refunded by the platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification checks. ST999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, with most requests completed within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page.
ST999 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or before processing any withdrawal above a certain amount. All bets placed on ST999 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game in question. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on ST999:
A bet is only confirmed once you have received a clear confirmation message from the platform. Bets that are placed but not confirmed – due to connectivity issues, session timeouts or any other reason – are not valid until confirmed. Do not assume a bet has been placed without a confirmation reference.
Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds that will apply to that bet, provided the bet is accepted before any odds change takes effect. In-play betting odds change rapidly and the odds at the moment of confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
ST999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in odds, where a market has been suspended incorrectly, or where a match or event has been abandoned before the relevant result could be determined. In such cases, the stake is returned to your account.
Cricket betting markets – including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series – are subject to official match results as declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. DLS method results are accepted where applied. Rain interruptions and other delays are handled per the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day across all markets. These limits are displayed within each market. ST999 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or event at its discretion.
ST999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:
Zero tolerance: ST999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering or financial crimes. Accounts involved in such activity will be reported and all funds frozen pending investigation.
